We use modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools responsibly to build practical software for real business needs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graduate Software Developer to join our small, fast-moving team and contribute to the development of real software products.

This role is suitable for recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates who are eligible, or likely eligible, for the relevant ANAD/HRDA graduate employment and training scheme.

Initial training will be provided during the first few weeks of employment, so familiarity with our tech stack is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our AI-powered business software suite

  • Implement, test, and debug product features

  • Work on backend, frontend, database, and API tasks

  • Help build software modules for business workflows and automation

  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code responsibly

  • Review, test, and improve AI-generated or AI-assisted code

  • Collaborate with the team on technical and product improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field

  • Basic software development experience through university, personal, internship, or work projects

  • Strong interest in software development, AI tools, automation, and product development

  • Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment

  • Willingness to learn and work across different technologies

  • Attention to detail and willingness to test and debug your own work

Tech Stack

  • Familiarity with any of the following is considered a plus:

    • Python

    • Django

    • React

    • Next.js

    • Tailwind CSS

    • PostgreSQL

    • Git / GitHub

    • Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding tools

Employment Details

  • Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

  • Work arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional in-office days in Larnaca

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Start date: To be agreed

  • Training: Provided during the first few weeks

  • Eligibility: Applicants should be eligible, or likely eligible, for the relevant ANAD/HRDA graduate employment and training scheme

  • Compensation: To be discussed based on the applicable scheme and candidate profile
